Audiority releases Electric Matter vintage BBD flanger plugin

   

Audiority has announced the release of its new audio plugin Electric Matter, a vintage BBD flanger effect that is analog modeled after the Electro-Harmonix Deluxe Electric Mistress, a late ’70s BBD flanger and filter matrix pedal.

This flanger, featuring a Reticon SAD1024 BBD chip, has been used by countless artists for either subtle, to make leads dreamy and divine, or more prominent to emulate Leslie rotors.

Compared to the classic version, the Deluxe models feature a different LFO and VCO circuit, leading to a wider range of settings. Our Electric Matter goes further by fixing the tone sucking and volume drop often related to these hardware units.

The plugin is on sale at the Audiority shop and from distributor Plugin Boutique for the introductory price of 10 EUR until May 9th, 2022 (regular 20 EUR). It comes in VST/VST3, AU and AAX formats for Windows and Mac.
